What this site does
Every destination page gives you the same three things, in the same place, every time:
- Top attractions - the obvious, the iconic, the ones you'd regret skipping.
- Unique experiences - the stuff that makes the trip yours rather than someone else's itinerary.
- A planner - tap a few options, get a prompt you can paste straight into Kayak AI, ChatGPT, or any LLM to generate a full trip plan in seconds.
How the content gets made
Most of the writing on this site is generated and managed with help from Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic's Claude Code. We use them as research and drafting tools, then verify every external link against live source pages (Tripadvisor, Get Your Guide, etc.) before publishing. AI is great at structure; it's not always great at the right URL. We do that part by hand.
The goal is reliability, not creativity. If you find a broken link or a wrong fact, the contact page is the fastest way to flag it.
How we make money
GetOutAlready.com is a free site. When you click through to Tripadvisor, Get Your Guide, Booking.com, Stay22, or any other partner, we may earn a small commission if you end up booking. You pay the same price either way - the commission comes out of the vendor's margin, not your wallet.
We do not run banner ads, popups, newsletter pop-overs, or interstitials. If something on the page is asking you to click, it's the actual content. That's the deal.
